Q. How long have you been an attorney?
A. I have been practicing law since 2012.
Q. Have you ever worked in any other areas of the law?
A. Most recently, I practiced medical malpractice defense.
Q. What drew you to family law?
A. What draws me to this profession is the unique position that family lawyers have: being able to provide help to individuals on a personal level while also being able to serve the greater community.
Q. What do you enjoy most about family law?
A. I am relatively new to family law, so that is hard to say, but I most look forward to directly impacting someone’s life in a positive way by helping them navigate through an intimate and often difficult life change.
Q. What do you think makes you stand out among other professionals?
A. I care about the work that I do and the people that I do it for. I will always take the time to listen and find the best solution to any problem that arises.
Q. Are you originally from Colorado? If so, what do you love most about it? If not, what brought you to Colorado and what do you love most about it?
A. I am originally from New Jersey and have lived in New York City for a few years prior to moving. What brought me to Colorado is simple: the mountains!
Q. When you are not working at GEM Family Law, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A. I enjoy adventuring around Colorado and exploring the mountains with my husband and our puppy.
Q. What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
A. really love to cook and bake, and I have created my own chocolate chip cookie recipe.
